All meals are prepared fresh and designed for optimal taste and nutrition.
For best quality, we recommend consuming your meals within 3–4 days of pickup and keeping them refrigerated.
Please note: Color and appearance may vary slightly from photos shown, as all meals are freshly made by hand.
Order & Pickup Policy
Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed.
All weekly orders must be submitted before Friday at midnight for Sunday pickup in Chula Vista, CA (near 3rd & E St).
If you place your order after the cutoff time, it will be processed for the following week’s pickup.
Zero Grain Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Special Orders & Bulk Requests
For large or custom meal orders (more than 20 meals), please allow up to 5 business days for preparation.
To discuss custom portions, meal plans, or catering, please reach out through the Contact Us page on our website.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Because our meals are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of being placed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order within that window, please reach out through our website’s contact form immediately.
Once your order enters preparation, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
